Yoga exercises that fix improper posture to have a better posture, a healthy back and healthy breath.
Sit cross-legged with your back straight and your stomach tight. Move your shoulders backwards and approach your blade bones towards each other. Breathe in and out. Be careful, your stomach should not move as you are breathing. Only your chest should move.
Place your hands and feet on the ground as in the image. Raise your hips as much as possible. While you are pushing on the ground with your hands, you should lower your head and push your shoulders back.
Fixing the Backbone
1. Put your legs together and stand up. Tighten your hips, keep your stomach in, tighten your chest and push your shoulders back. At this position, try to breathe in and out by moving your chest only.
2. Sit down on the ground, place your legs side by side and let them be straight. Create a 90 degree angle. Place your hands on the sides and push them towards the ground. Stretch your chest.
Correct way of sitting
While you are sitting, your back should be straight, your stomach should be kept in, your chest should be stretched and your blade bones should be close to each other. Your body should be perpendicular with respect to the ground.
